Hello to all G Ball Swim School customers.

It has been brought to our attention that some of our customers have been using the Hotel towels, these are reserved for members & Hotel guests only please. Also that our swimmers/parents/carers have been using the swimming pool either before/after their swimming lessons, or during a time that their sibling is having a lesson. If you are a Goodwood member, you can continue as normal, please make sure an adult is in the water supervising them. If you are not a Goodwood member I’m afraid the children/their siblings/parents/carers are not allowed in the pool at anytime. 

Please remember also 1 person per child on poolside spectating and there is to be no photography on poolside/changing rooms. Goodwood have put a digital detox in place, meaning no phones are allowed to be used on poolside. 

Thank you in advance for your co-operation with this matter as these areas are now seriously affecting our contractual arrangements with Goodwood. We have now provided Goodwood with registers of members and non members attending our lessons on a daily basis and the pool is monitored by CCTV and Goodwood staff for everyone’s safety comfort and compliance.
